Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions govern participation in the one-day AI workshop “za:den” and the relationship between the participant and the provider.
1. Provider
Cokoliv s.r.o., Company ID (IČ) 10696199, registered office at Vlkova 2725/34a, 130 00 Prague 3 – Žižkov (the “provider” or “seller”), in cooperation with Pracovna.cz, ICRV.cz and Prostorna.cz.
E-mail: zaden@pracovna.cz · Phone: +420 733 691 179 (Andrea) · Web: www.zaden.cz
2. Subject of the service
The subject of the service is the one-day AI workshop “za:den”, where in a single day, with the help of AI and two instructors, the participant builds their own website including a content management system, without any coding. The workshop takes place live in Prague on a specific date, with a capacity of up to 16 people, and includes all-inclusive catering.
The workshop is offered in two levels: Basics and Advanced + AI agents. Prices start from 4,900 CZK per person (early bird) and are always stated next to the specific date.
3. Booking and conclusion of the contract
A seat is reserved by completing the reservation form at www.zaden.cz. Submitting the form creates a non-binding request; the contract is concluded once the provider confirms the reservation, usually within 24 hours, and the price is paid on the basis of an issued invoice.
If the date’s capacity is reached, the participant is placed on a waiting list and notified as soon as a seat frees up.
4. Price and payment
The workshop price is stated for each date. The early-bird price applies up to 14 days before the date. The price is payable on the basis of an invoice issued by the provider. The seat is reserved upon payment, unless agreed otherwise.
5. Withdrawal and cancellation
The workshop is a leisure-time / educational service provided on a specific date. Under Section 1837(j) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Czech Civil Code, the consumer’s statutory right to withdraw within 14 days from a distance contract does not apply to such a service.
Cancelling participation is governed by the cancellation terms set out on the separate “Cancellation Terms” page, which are disclosed to the participant before purchase and which the participant accepts by submitting the reservation.
6. Defective performance and complaints
If the workshop is not delivered in accordance with the contract, the participant is entitled to reasonable remedy. Complaints can be raised at zaden@pracovna.cz and are handled within the statutory period.
7. Out-of-court dispute resolution
The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) is competent for the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes. The participant may also turn to the competent court.
8. Personal data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the separate “Privacy” document.
9. Final provisions
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. The provider reserves the right to update the terms; the version in force at the moment the reservation is submitted is decisive.
