This document describes how we handle personal data in accordance with the GDPR and the Czech personal data processing act.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Cokoliv s.r.o., Company ID (IČ) 10696199, registered office at Vlkova 2725/34a, 130 00 Prague 3 – Žižkov (the “provider” or “seller”), in cooperation with Pracovna.cz, ICRV.cz and Prostorna.cz.

2. What data we process

From the reservation form we process your name, e-mail and phone, plus an optional note you choose to fill in.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process the data for the purpose of performing the contract (arranging the reservation and participation in the workshop) and communicating about the reservation. The legal basis is the performance of the contract and our legitimate interest in handling and confirming the reservation.

4. Sharing and retention

We do not sell the data and do not share it with third parties beyond what is necessary to deliver the service. We keep the data for a reasonable period necessary for the above purposes and to meet legal obligations, after which we delete it.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing and to object to processing. You can exercise these rights at zaden@pracovna.cz.

6. Supervisory authority

If you believe your data is not being processed properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ), www.uoou.cz.
